Sizing
Before ordering, please measure under your tummy. To determine your size, measure along your waist and under the tummy fold from one side to the other, which is essentially between about a third and a half your pants' waist band size. Then use the chart to pick out the best size for you!

This is a must. Use it to prevent issues before they start. Washes well. Just definitely measure to get the best size, don't guess.

Don't work for me well at all won't stay in place, actually one slipped half onto the stool. Guess they would be fine if stayed in place

Soft, comfy and definitely worth the money. These fit snugly under your tun and your undies keep it in place. Slight criticism is that I find it too long at the sides, but still a great invention and indispensable now!

Works well
Tummy liners work well for absorbing sweat and preventing uncomfortable stickiness. I gardened all day in humid weather and rode a bike and had no problems with the liners. My size was between medium and large, so I contacted customer service and was advised to go with medium, which turned out to be right. The product is crescent shaped, comfortable, and fits nicely without bunching. Would buy again.

Bamboo Tummy LIners
I had thought to make something like this myself but never got around to doing it. I found these, which are soft and do exactly what I need without me having to sew. As long as you measure first (my fault for not following instructions) :\ they work.
