Materials: The outside is 70% viscose from bamboo and 30% cotton, while the inside is 100% cotton. Bamboo and cotton blend wonderfully together to create a fabric that is extremely comfortable but also amazingly durable.
Sizing
Before ordering, please measure under your tummy. To determine your size, measure along your waist and under the tummy fold from one side to the other, which is essentially between about a third and a half your pants' waist band size. Then use the chart to pick out the best size for you!

Bamboo Tummy Liners
This is the third order for me because I really love these liners! I suggest you get the bamboo liners instead of the cotton because the bamboo are sooo much softer. These keep me dry and are very absorbent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Useful Product
My rating would have been higher but they did not stay in place. A string or ribbon is needed to tie the liner around the body so it is useful for those with less overhang or who do not choose to wear panties to help keep them in place. Moisture absorption is very good. The liners are a good product and serve an important need.

These are a little thicker than the brand I used to use, and they are heavenly soft. I love that they had my size. I was wearing a small before (21”) but the More of Me To Love brand was 16” and it was perfect for me. They are very absorbent and no smell.
