Materials
The outside is 70% viscose from bamboo and 30% cotton, while the inside is 100% cotton. Bamboo and cotton blend wonderfully together to create a fabric that is extremely comfortable but also amazingly durable.
Sizing
The Bra Liner, end to end, should go from underarm to underarm. To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. This should be essentially half of your bra size. Please see the image of where to measure for more detail, and match that length with the sizes that follow. Note that the middle of the Bra Liner comes up between the breasts.
Small - 14 in / 36 cm
Medium - 18 in / 46 cm
Large - 26 in / 66 cm
XL - 30 in / 76 cm
XXL - 36 in / 92 cm
Fabric Care
- Machine washable, but should be washed on the most gentle cycle available and preferably in a garment bag
- Air dries quickly (do not put in dryer)
- Do not bleach
- Do not use fabric softener
- Fabric softener and bleach damage the strength and absorbency of the fibers
- Natural materials so may shrink slightly

Bra Liners (Bamboo)
These liners are wonderfully soft and also quite absorbant. Their only fault -- and it's minor -- is that they come out of the wash a little bunched, and require some manipulation to smooth them out so they dry flat and smooth. If I could give them four-and-a-half stars I would do so.

Bamboo Bra Liners
I am so glad I gave these liners a try! I was dealing with continual rashes and irritation and wearing these solved the problem. Absolutely no irritation at all anymore. I will say, the one issue I've had is needing to re-adjust during the day. But that's a tiny price to pay for being comfortable and rash-free. I also give kudos to the sizing accuracy. I wear a 40D and dividing that in half according to the chart, puts me in a size large liner, and it fits perfectly. I recommend this product to anyone having these issues.

Super Soft!

Bamboo bra liners
Thank you. I have fought the battle with breast sweat ever since menopause. Nothing stops it and my bras get saturated. Having these liners is such a blessing. I no longer have to stuff tissues in my bra or change multiple times a day. I am heading to a vacation up the Mississippi next week and am taking 6 of these. You can believe me that I will have three in my purse to change during the day. No more soaked expensive bras!

Love these bamboo liners
Especially in the warm weather. I don't get heat rash and itch anymore! Be sure to cold water wash. I usually dry in the sunshine. Use a vinegar rinse if you are prone to fungal issues. I went back for 2 more sets. And bought some for my sister too!
