Sizing
Before ordering, please measure under your tummy. To determine your size, measure along your waist and under the tummy fold from one side to the other, which is essentially between about a third and a half your pants' waist band size. Then use the chart to pick out the best size for you!

i have found the tummy liner too narrow to help. i have put them aside in a drawer and dont plan to use them again.

Cotton tummy liners
I picked up a tummy liner at a thrift shop and fell in love. For 25 years I have suffered from painful rashes and sores under my belly fat,. This was made worse when I lost 100 pounds 10 years ago. The dermatologist calls it internal psoriasis. I call it awful. Since using the tummy liners the problem has virtually disappeared. Do you think you could make another product designed for under the breasts? I am a true believer! Thank you, thank you.

I Wish I Had Found These Sooner
I have been wearing these tummy liners daily since I got them. They're soft and comfortable, and absorb every bit of persperation. They wash and dry perfectly. I mistakenly bought too big a size, but it doesn't affect the comfort. Next time I'll order a smaller size.

Your bra liners are absolutely fabulous. I used to suffer from severe open skin on skin rash under my breasts (DD).. Your bra liners have eliminated this all together. This item does exactly what it's supposed to do and is very comfortable and protective. Very absorbent. I ordered the XL and found it was actually a bit too big. Next time I would go down a size.

Excellent if given a little help
These are great for dealing with Texas heat and humidity! Before the Tummy Liners I’d get a real bad rash in my belly fold but now I stay dry and my red rash is completely gone. To help keep the liner in my belly fold I use repurposed bed sheet strap fasteners. Make sure to get individual straps usually sold in sets of 2 or 4 with only one fastener on each end of the strap and get straps that can be adjusted for length. The strap I use is 23” to 78” long and If attached correctly never slip off the liner ends. :-)
