Sizing
Before ordering, please measure under your tummy. To determine your size, measure along your waist and under the tummy fold from one side to the other, which is essentially between about a third and a half your pants' waist band size. Then use the chart to pick out the best size for you!

Love Tummy Liners
If you have a belly and havent tried these you are missing out! I found tummy liners a couple years ago. Since then, no more swampy grossness or yeast rashes! They get wet but somehow keep you dry. I reccommend them to my patients all the time! (I am a nurse). I am 5' 5.5" and 300lbs, I wear a women's size 26. I got medium this time, they are fine but think I will continue with large next time.

Work well
I caught these on sale which was a treat. I had already purchased some elsewhere that were made out of t-shirt like material. These are a stiffer cotton, like maybe scrubs, but are easy to wear with just a slight adjustment.

Useful Product
The liner would have been more useful if I had more overlap or if there were a cotton string or ribbon to tie the liner around the body so it might stay in place when not wearing panties. Otherwise, the liner is a very good product and serves a real need.

They Run Big, I ordered 2 sizes, the smaller one was big enough. I feel that it worked well, absorbed moisture while I was doing yard work in mid 80 degree summer humidity.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this product. I originally purchased a size way to large for me so I reordered down two sizes and even though I could go down on more size these are working great and doing the job. They wash up nicely and are soft and comfortable against your skin. Highly recommend these tummy liners
