For all of our Brazilian customers, it is our pleasure to serve you as best as we can. Due to complicated customs and importation regulations in Brazil over which we have no control, we do have to make certain changes to our standard shipping policies and approach.
Please note that a CFP is required with every order. Please include it at checkout in the second address line of your order. If you do not include it, we will contact you and your order will not ship until we have it. This is a requirement of Brazilian customs, and we cannot do anything about it.
Finally, we are sorry that a free shipping option isn't available to Brazil. We wish that we could, but the costs of getting packages to Brazil and the frequency with which they are misplaced by Brazilian customs requires us to charge shipping.
