What is Route Premium Tracking?
Every More of Me to Love customer can enjoy Route for free. Route is a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers and paste them into carrier sites for limited information. With Route, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
What is Route+ Package Insurance?
Route+ is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. File claims right through the app, and they will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
On the checkout page just look for this icon under the Shipping Options. It will always be "off" until you turn it on to add Route+ to your order:

All Route+ payments are sent to Route and as such and as insurance specifically on shipping, once an order ships, Route+ fees are non-refundable, regardless of the ultimate status of the order.
How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here or through the app. Make sure you have your More of Me to Love Order ID or Route's Order ID ready to use with the claim form.
Is Route a licensed insurance company?
Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with the biggest name in shipping insurance as its partner, Lloyds of London.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no later than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for non-US orders) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
