Please explore this information about our shipping methods and options. Unless otherwise noted in the International Shipping section, everything here refers to the United States.

Free Shipping

At More of Me to Love, shipping within the United States is always free. That’s right: FREE. We know it stinks to pay shipping, and we don’t want you to have to do it. That’s why we’ll always handle shipping on anything we send you. Just select FREE! in your shopping cart or during checkout. When we ship something free, we may use whatever shipping method we choose, but don’t worry - we’re not into carrier pigeons (innovative as they were), and in most cases we will use First Class USPS mail (a.k.a the regular mail) with their partnered carrier, Firstmile.

Expedited Shipping

We offer faster shipping options that you can select during the checkout process, and automatically calculate shipping rates based on weight and destination (no additional handling fees). To view shipping options and prices, view your shopping cart, and enter your zip code into the Estimate Shipping box.

Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. EST to ensure same day ship out for the fastest options (e.g. USPS Express, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex Overnight). If it’s after 3 p.m. and you require a guaranteed delivery service, please call us at 888.666.8529. Please note that all shipping times are calculated in business days, so incorporate that into your shipping needs when deciding which service to use, and call us with any last minute questions, so that we can get you what you need when you need it.

Return Shipping & Shipping Refunds

We are delighted to handle shipping costs to you, but return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please fill out this form before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide necessary details and a return shipping address. You can use any mail carrier you wish to return items to us, but we regret that we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us. While not generally necessary, if you are worried, please use certified mail or get insurance. Upgraded shipping costs cannot be refunded for any reason, unless, according to the carrier and tracking information, as well as our stated policies, the item did not arrive on time. We will always send exchange items to you with our standard service, regardless of the method of shipping selected for the original order. If you require your exchange faster or have a problem with USPS, please inform us before we process your exchange so that we can invoice you for the appropriate shipping charges. We cannot be responsible if the original order was placed with a private carrier but the exchange ships with USPS.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship products to just about anywhere in the world, but please allow appropriate transit times for items to arrive.

Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Orders to Europe typically arrive in 5 - 15 days.
  • Orders to Australia typically arrive in 10 - 20 days.
  • Orders to Canada typically arrive in 10 - 15 days.
  • Orders to other destinations arrive in 5 - 20 days.
International orders do not include tracking information unless an Express service or private carrier is selected.
Other Shipping Information

98% of all orders placed ship within one business day, so don’t be surprised if you get a shipping confirmation email from us shortly after you submit your order. Tracking numbers for domestic packages will be included in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow a full 24 hours for tracking data to sync up on the shipping carrier’s website.

If, after you place your order, you notice an error or realize you have a question, please contact us immediately so that we can try our best to assist before the package leaves our facilities.
