- A Note About Returns
- The best way to avoid returns is to learn more about our products before buying them. Please read all of the product information and look at all of the accompanying pictures. If there are customer reviews on the product page, those can give you a great idea of how other customers are using the product and whether or not they like it. Also, make sure that you understand the type of product you are getting so that you can be well-informed about a product’s specific return details (i.e. personal hygiene, custom order, etc.).
Before ever sending us any returns, please fill out our Return Request form HERE within 30 days of your purchase. This will allow us to assist you with your return in the quickest, most efficient way we can.
What Can Be Returned
- Standard items can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price.
If a product is damaged or returned to us in an unsatisfactory way (e.g. without the manual or without any packaging) a fee may be charged or the item may be denied return and sent back at the buyer’s expense. We are intent on providing the best customer service and hope to never assess such fees, so please only return items in a well-intentioned, good-hearted manner. We will evaluate their condition in the same way.
For sanitary purposes, personal hygiene products may not be returned for any reason.
Items which are specialty orders or configurable (e.g. Big Daddy Gliders) cannot be returned outside of immediately noted manufacturer’s defects or damage during shipping (and in some cases may only be available for exchange). Please contact us within 24 hours of your order’s delivery if there are any problems with a custom order, or we may be unable to accept returns on such items.
Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and money will only be refunded after an assessment of the returned item and confirmation that everything necessary is present and that no damage has been caused to the item. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to postmark the package back. Please read more about return shipping here.
One more thing: Clap your hands for exchanges! Whenever possible, we will gladly help you find an exchange item that may be more useful for you. Exchanges will always be sent via the United States Postal Service, regardless of the method of shipping selected for the original order. Please review shipping details here to learn more.

- Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the resolution of the return (fret not - it's usually way faster).
