The Kinds of Data We Collect
We collect information when you purchase products, but we never store credit card information (read more about that below under Our Commitment to Data Security). You must submit, however, certain information about yourself, like your shipping and email addresses, in order to effectively confirm your order and have your items delivered. In addition, if you order items as gifts and request that they be shipped to someone else then we will have to collect the name and shipping address of that additional party. If you purchase gift cards, we disclose your name to the recipient of that gift.
How We Use the Information We Collect
All of the information gathered about you is confidential and used only by More of Me to Love and its select partners. This information is considered incredibly sensitive and kept on secure servers; access to it is restricted within More of Me to Love. Further, all personnel with whom you interact operate under strict confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements. We reserve the right to share certain user information, like email addresses or city, with select parties in order to create more useful advertising for you. More of Me to Love will cede any information that is legally required.
- Our Commitment to Data Security
We do not store any of your credit card information. Credit card information is processed through a secure server by a company that is specially equipped to protect your personal information. Our 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) software is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Moreover, all of your personal information is encrypted to protect it from being read as it travels over the Internet. To complete transactions using SSL, simply type https:// at the front of any url and that page will display that way (though the page is secured without the “s” after http).
